First impression was "Gosh, these capsules are big", followed by noticing their quite distinctive smell. They're not as difficult to swallow as I at first thought, so I haven't had to resort to opening them and mixing the contents into food or drink. I have been taking another brand of probiotics and the Vegecaps seem to work as well, if not better, than the previous ones in keeping my stools at a good consistency and frequency.

Didn't have a good experience, had quite severe abdominal pain after taking and had to discontinue... disappointing for the price!

Because Immunity Fuel contains a high concentration of live, naturally fermented probiotics, some people, particularly those with existing digestive conditions such as IBS, may experience temporary digestive changes when introducing it. This is one of the reasons we provide detailed guidance on how to start taking the product, especially for those with digestive conditions.
For customers with IBS or other digestive disorders, we recommend opening the VegeCap and starting with approximately one quarter of a tsp of the powder each day, increasing only very gradually over 7–10 days or longer if needed. Introducing the product slowly allows your digestive system time to adjust as the live bacteria do their thing.
These instructions are provided in four places: on the product page, on our 'How to Take Immunity Fuel & What to Expect' page, linked in the post-purchase email we send to every customer, and on the information leaflet included with every order. We also encourage customers to contact us at any stage if they have questions or are unsure how to proceed, as we're always happy to help.
I was disappointed that I didn't hear from you at the time, as your purchase was made around 10 months before this review was left. Had you contacted me when your symptoms first occurred, I would have happily worked with you to adjust the amount you were taking and help you introduce the product more gradually.

1st time user. Now finding my immune system has changed to the better. Have to remember to take it regularly.
I didn't check the ingredients before purchasing and have now found that the medication I am on is affected by this product to a stage that could cause me harm. Unfortunately, I cannot take them and have to cancel my order. However this is not a reflection on the product which looked excellent, and I would be taking under different circumstances.

I have actually been using an identical product for many years, but the company stopped supplying it (from Australia), so I was so pleased to see that Immunity Fuel was available and it is from New Zealand. The reason why I have used this type of product for at least 20 years is because the structure of it makes so much sense. So much goodness already predigested by a host of viable gut supporting probiotics. While gut support has been subtle, I will say that my gut is far better than it was when I first used this over 20 years ago. I was raving about it then, and still love it today.
This healthy probiotic mix has consistently helped with my gut issues and reduced bloating.
Love this stuff, I have been on it for a good few years now and have definitely dodged the bullet when it comes to sicknesses and not catching things that others are more susceptible to.
