    HOW DOES IT WORK?

    Set up a recurring subscription so you never run out of probiotics again. 

    You can choose anything in our entire range, set the interval between orders and have it delivered to your door automatically every time.

    This way you just need to order once and we will send your product out to you at regular intervals, all chosen by you. 
    Adjust any time*

    You will receive an order confirmation for your first and all subsequent recurring orders.

    You can swap products, edit, pause or cancel your subscription at any time *after your second order. Simply log into your account on our website or email us.

    Changes can be made any time up to two days before your scheduled order dispatch.
    EASY TO SET UP

    Setting up your subscription is as easy as 1,2,3.

    1. Select your product of choice and quanity you require.

    2. Click Subscribe & Save

    2. Choose the frequency e.g. monthly, or every 2 or 3 months, add to cart and complete the checkout. *

    Your first order will be dispatched within 24 hours (except on weekends), and each order after that will be debited from your credit card automatically and dispatched at the frequency you have chosen.

    * We do not recommend using Shop Pay for subscriptions, as any changes made to your payment details in Shop Pay, e.g. new credit card do not flow back through to your subscription. Please use credit card only if possible :)

    Log into your account on our website by clicking LOGIN on the top right corner and entering your email and password. Once in your account click on Manage Subscription.

    Please note placing a subscription order does not automatically create an account. If this is your first time logging in, you need to register and create a password for your account.

    To create account, click LOGIN on the top right corner, then click Sign Up. Use the same email address to register as you used for your order.

    You can make changes to your subscription after the second order has been processed.

    Simply log into your account (or create a new one if this is your first time logging in) and click Manage Subscription.

    Yes you can cancel your subscription any time after the second order.

    Unfortunately Afterpay is not available on subscription orders.

    Yes you can! You can order now, skip order, reschedule and edit the frequency any time after your second order. Simply log in on our website (or create account if it is your first time) to see the options.
